  • OPTION 1: for TPA's CARD. the client must pay the ticket price, online fee, and card lending fee at least one day before ticket sales begin. please note that in some countries, the card must be in the client's name, so this requirement may vary.

  • OPTION 2: for CLIENT's CARD. you must provide all necessary details (personal info, card number, etc.) but rest assured that ALL YOUR INFORMATION will be SAFE with us.

  • ticket assistance fee does not include any fees in the ticket site.

yes, you need to have your own membership code to avail the presale and we do not provide code.

how will the payment be made?

are we allowed to cancel our reservation slot?
yes, but the assistance fee is non refundable and non transferable. be sure you're fully committed before proceeding with the transaction to prevent any issues later on.
what happens if my preferred seats are not available?
if your desired seats are not available, we will automatically select the best alternative seats that you've indicated in the forms.
is the assistance fee refundable or not?
the assistance fee is non refundable as for our time, effort and service. and as it compensates for the team's efforts made while trying to secure your tickets.
how much is the card lending?
the card lending for local clients is ₱150, and for international clients is ₱250.
will you update us real time?
yes, we will update you as soon as possible on ticketing day. but pls understand that you are not our only clients.
